Will Smith claimed that his wife, Jada Pinkett Smith, never believed in conventional marriage. And as a result, the duo has decided to no longer practice monogamy. The Men in black actor add that family members have an unconventional relationship, so Jada grew up quite different from how he grew.
Will Smith admitted his wife Jada Pinkett was not the only one who had an extramarital affair.
“There is a significant endless discussion about, what is a relational perfection? What is the perfect way to interact as a partner? And for most of our relationship, monogamy is what we choose, does not think of monogamy as the only relational perfection.” The 53-Year-Old said in an interview with GQ.

Marriage for us can’t be a prison,’ Will said. He added that they no longer want to practice monogamy.
The actor claimed Jada’s family members had an unconventional relationship, so she grew up pretty differently from how he grew.
The actor, who were married to Jada since 1997, also admitted that their approach was not for everyone. He added: “We have given trust and freedom to each other, with the belief that everyone must find their way. And marriage for us cannot become prison. And I do not recommend our way to anyone. I don’t suggest this road for anybody.”

“Our marriage doesn’t work. We were both miserable, and something had to change.”

While the Aladdin actor didn’t give more about their new dynamic in his book, he did on his wife’s confession to having an “entanglement” with August Alsina.
He also discussed a previous fantasy he had of having a harem of famous girlfriends.
GQ provided an excerpt from the A-lister’s book, which detailed his fight with a Jada after her 40th birthday. The part of it reads: “Our marriage doesn’t work. We can no longer pretend. We were both miserable, and obviously, something had to change.” However, then it will discuss the previous fantasy he had of having a harem of famous girlfriends.
