Tilly Ramsay has taken to social media to address a recent comment made on a national radio station about her body. The 19-year-old daughter of celebrity chef Gordon Ramsay criticized radio host Steve Allen, 67, that she does not tolerate his words.
Host Steve Allen commented on Tilly’s appearance and how her body can’t keep up with the dance on the BBC’s “Strictly Come Dancing” on LBC.
“Tilly Ramsay is on ‘Celebrity MasterChef Australia’, right? Well, she can’t dance well, I’m already bored with her,” said the host while listening to a listener’s message from the DJ.
“She’s a chubby little thing, isn’t she? Have you noticed? Her father is probably cooking, I should imagine.
The influencer, whose real name is Matilda Elizabeth Ramsay, has taken to Instagram to respond to the comment, emphasizing that she draws the line by “commenting on my appearance.”

“I try not to read and listen to the comments and negativity, however that a 67-year-old man recently called me on a national radio station is a step too far,” wrote the ‘Strictly Come Dancing’ competitor.
“Steve, feel free to express your opinions. However, I draw the line when commenting on my appearance. It’s a shame someone is trying to turn such a positive experience into a negative one. ”
She continued, “This is not the first and definitely will not be the last comment made about my appearance and I accept it and I am learning to accept myself.”
“But please remember that words can hurt and at the end of the day I’m only 19 years old and so grateful for all the amazing opportunities I’ve been able to participate in and I understand that being in the public eye obviously comes with its own repercussions and I’ve been aware of this from an early age. ”
“However, I will not tolerate people thinking that it is okay to publicly comment and analyze someone’s weight and appearance,” she concluded, ending the article with “Love Tilly xx.”
Tilly is partnered with Nikita Kuzmin for the dance competition. Her exposition has also been showered with positivity from her followers.
Host AJ Odudu praised her, “Well said, Tilly! Your beauty radiates inside and out.”

Italian dancer and choreographer Graziano Di Prima has also expressed his sympathy at the comment Tilly’s received with angry emojis and the hashtag ‘#nowords.’
The former winner from ‘The Greatest Dancer’ Jowita Przystał encouraged her, “You are beautiful inside and out, Tilly! Remember, people like him say those things because of their own insecurities and problems. Don’t listen to them and do YOU because you are amazing, girl! We love you! #bekind”
