Woman Reveals Her Problems With The Body Positivity Movement

The size, race, gender, physical ability and overall appearance of women in the world are more diverse than ever before. However, TikTok content creator Talia Lichtenstein (Talia Lichtenstein) has gone the wrong way. Recently, the Los Angeles-based company shared on the platform that we should all focus on physical acceptance and neutrality, not physical positivity.

Talia Lichtenstein recently shared with her followers the aspects of body positivity that she despises

In a now viral clip, Thalia reveals all aspects of body positivity that she despise. Then, he explained why the body’s active movement is not as active as seen from the shell. This video received more than one million likes, in which Thalia shared her potentially controversial thoughts related to the movement and her dissatisfaction. She directly nailed it to her analysis!

She has insisted that body acceptance and neutrality are way better than toxic positivity

“Number one. Many of the reasons women feel the need to alter their bodies, get surgeries, and wear certain clothes that shape them in a certain way it’s all rooted in misogyny. When we talk about BBLs, lip injections, which I have, any cosmetic body-altering, we also need to talk about the beauty standards that have made us feel like we need them. The more we acknowledge that, the more we can unlearn it.” Talia said.

Talia urged that we all need to be far more realistic and honest with ourselves and each other.

“I am so sick of celebrities who are skinny as a finger, telling young girls, love themselves every day.”

She added: “Here’s the second one. Any woman who has ever told me to love myself and that I’m perfect and I don’t need any surgery, and I don’t need to wear Spanx, they’ve all been skinny women. It’s easy to attack other women for succumbing to promoting the beauty standard when you were born into the beauty standard. I am so sick of celebrities who are skinny as a finger, starting these campaigns, telling young girls, look in the mirror and love themselves every day. It’s not that easy, Jennifer.”

She added that accepting faults and flaws is okay and should be encouraged more

“I love my body. I love every inch of it because it does what it’s supposed to do.”

Talia further shared that accepting faults and flaws is okay and should be encouraged more. She continued: “I know myself, and I know that there will never be a single day in my life where I wake up, look in the mirror, and say, you know, I love my thighs. I love my body. I love every inch of it because it does what it’s supposed to do. My eyelashes are catching my sweat. Yeah, they do. Here’s what I do think when I look in the mirror. I think, damn, I wish my thighs were skinnier.”

The TikToker noted that body positivity hasn’t helped her form a healthy relationship with food or weight

“That’s okay for me to think. You know what? I love my chest, and I love my eyes. It is not human to love every inch of your body. And you need to stop telling girls that they need to love everything about themselves. What they should practice is accepting themselves—body neutrality. I can confidently say now, as a grown woman, I accept everything about myself. I accept things that I want to change. I accept the things I will never be able to change. And l love the things that I love.”
