Joe Biden has beaten the competition in Arizona, grabbing a Southwest swing state recently conveyed by President Trump, as indicated by Fox News, 53.7 percent to 45.1 percent with 73 percent of the precincts reporting.
The former Democratic VP’s fantastic night in the Grand Canyon State nets him 11 electoral votes, with 270 expected to win the White House.
Trump, whose first mission was supported by plans to fabricate a divider along the US-Mexican border, prevailed upon Arizona Democratic challenger Hillary Clinton in 2016.
Yet, the state was a virtual toss-up heading into Election Day 2020, with Biden holding a lead of short of what one percentage point, as per RealClearPolitics’ average of polls.
