Scarlett Johansson played the highly skilled spy in Black Widow and starred in the award-winning Marriage Story (via Variety ). The actress is currently working out her lawsuit against Disney over the release of Black Widow, but she has an IRL hero Hunter Johnson to lean on. There are more celebrities with secret twins than you might think. While some siblings are equally famous (the Olsen twins), others take a simple approach (Rami and Sammy Malik). Hunter, who founded the nonprofit Solar Responders to provide backup renewable energy to first responders, called Scarlett his “other half” in an interview with Parade. “Nothing is more important to me than my twins,” he continued. Scarlett replied: “I feel very close to him… He is the most sparkling person. I think a lot of people spend their lives looking for a partner, someone they can reflect on like a mirror to remind them of what they’ve been through. You want someone to tell you what they have experienced in your life. My twin brother always did that to me. ”
Hunter Johansson is three minutes younger than Scarlett Johansson
Scarlett Johansson comes from a large family; she has an older sister, Vanessa Johansson, who accompanied her to Glamor magazine’s 2006 Golden Globes party, and an older brother, Adrian Johansson (via E!). However, it doesn’t stop there. She also has a half-brother, Christian Johansson, and an adopted sister, Fannan Sloan, who earned her a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame.
Of all her siblings, however, she is closest to her twin, Hunter, emotionally and in age (with the help of a parade). Technically, Scarlett is three minutes older than Hunter, but the actress has a lot of respect for what her brother does. “If I’ve ever known a truly selfless person in my life, it’s been my brother,” she told PEOPLE. “He constantly reminded me that I was a better person. I couldn’t be prouder of him.” The two share a sibling relationship that even Elsa and Anna (from “Frozen”) can only long for, we hope to see more of Hunt and Scarlett on the red carpet.

On November 22, 1984, Scarlett Johansson and twin brother Hunter Johansson were born in a hospital in New York. Hunter was a full three minutes older than her and almost a foot taller than her famous sister. When you see the two walking the red carpet, the height difference is obvious. While many considered the elder Johnson to be Scaryo’s favorite, Hunter is her biggest supporter. Hunter has several credits on his IMDb page. One of them was the 1996 series Manny & Lo starring sister Scarlett.

The only other mentions of him have come from Entertaining Himself Tonight presumably from his regular red carpet appearances with Scarlett. Hunter’s chosen career is not rooted in entertainment, but in politics. In 2008, he was involved in the campaign and re-election of former President Barack Obama. He also worked as a community organizer in the office of Manhattan Borough Governor Scott Stringer in New York City.
Judging by Hunter’s Instagram page, he is also a fitness enthusiast and posts many photos of his physique, half marathon and training routines. NYU’s graduating class of 2019 received master’s degrees in public administration.
He currently works with his nonprofit Solar Responders, which aims to “install solar power and batteries for first responders to save lives in the event of a grid failure.” He’s basically a superhero in real life, once Save the World with the solar element.
