Garlic Juice
Garlic juice can be applied over the boils, which will cause them to ripen and finally rupture. This is also a simple home remedy to follow to eliminate boils.
Parsley
Boil parsley leaves in water and filter it. This extract can now be applied on the boils by soaking it into a muslin cloth and wrapping it over the affected region.
Margosa Leaves
Margosa, which is called ‘Neem’ in Hindi, is a well-known blood purifier as well as a germ remover. This plant is famous worldwide as the best cure for boils. Neem leaves can be ground to obtain a paste that can be applied to the inflamed region. Otherwise, ‘neem’ paste or a few leaves can be taken on an empty stomach with water every morning to protect your skin from developing boils.
Tomatoes
Make a thick paste of tomatoes and apply it on the boils. This is one of the easiest and simplest home remedies to cure this condition.
Turmeric
Turmeric is known for its healing properties and can be used both externally and internally. Turmeric root powder is mixed with a small amount of milk cream and applied over the boils. Have a cup of hot milk containing a half teaspoon of turmeric powder at night until the boils disappear.
Betel Leaves and Castor Oil
Betel leaves are kept in warm water for a certain amount of time until they soften. They are now coated with a castor oil layer and can be used to cover the affected area. This can be repeated several times a day until the boils disappear.
Saline

Onion Juice

Bitter Gourd
Prepare a fresh juice of 3-4 bitter gourds, which are well known for their antimicrobial activity and cleaning of the circulatory system, and then mix a spoonful of lime juice to it. This can be taken daily to eliminate hard, blood-filled boils.
Tea Tree Oil
It is advised to rub a small amount of tea tree oil on your hard boils every night. It is observed that this treatment eliminates boils in as little as three weeks.
Vinegar
Take a brown paper bag with a size that fits the boiled area. Soak it in vinegar and cover the boils with a bandage. In a day or two, the boil will dry and pop off.
Plenty of Water
One must drink at least two liters of water every day to keep the body free from boils.
