Japanese Eat Calorie Bombs and Still Stay Slim How?

The Japanese did not discover sugar until the 16th century. Before Portuguese sailors introduced these beautiful things to Japan, sweets (“kashi”) referred to fruits and nuts. In the summer, a seasonal delicacy made with ripe hakuto peaches and spring water is offered.
