The Insta model, however, had previously puzzled their followers when she announced last year that she had turned 40. The now 41-year-old took last year to her website to announce that it was her 40th birthday, ‘to inspire women her age that we don’t have to hide from getting older.’

‘Through Instagram, I posted my age to inspire women of my age that we don’t have to hide behind feeling older and people responded very positively,’ she told the Daily Star. ‘I know I inspire a handful of motivated women, with women responding that I’m giving them the motivation.’
Alice, who works as a yoga teacher, became pregnant with her first child at age 16, and three years later welcomed her second child. Her children then went on to become young parents, both hosting children in their early twenties.
Now, the gran glamour says she’s in her prime, explaining that she’s ‘not your 40-year-old average woman.’
‘My 20s were a blur of young-minded wild times and I was still on the go non-stop, consumed by being a young mother, of course,’ she said. ‘I don’t even think I got to think about my life for a moment. I was in the state of survival ».

I will obviously not get a lot of sleep. I just want to continue as much as I can to live a fun, lively life.
